At Clothes Lines Ireland we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly safely and at a fair cost This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery

1 Processing Time

Orders for stocked items are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days
Custom made items such as canopy clotheslines and T bar poles take longer as they are made to order Production time is typically 10 to 15 business days before dispatch

2 Delivery Times

Delivery across Ireland normally takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on your location
Rural or remote addresses may take a little longer

3 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Ireland
If you are outside Ireland please contact us before placing an order to check if delivery is possible

4 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order
Larger items such as T bar poles and canopy clotheslines may require special delivery or installation which will be quoted separately if needed

5 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details where available
Some large deliveries may be made directly by our own van without third party tracking in which case we will arrange a delivery time with you in advance

6 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us we may need to charge for redelivery
Please ensure you provide the correct address and Eircode at checkout

7 Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us immediately at clotheslinesirelandsales@hotmailcom if items are damaged or missing so we can resolve the issue quickly

8 Installation Service

If you book delivery with installation a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to pre arrange a suitable date and time for fitting
Installation is carried out by our approved fitters to our quality standards
If you need to reschedule please give us at least 48 hours notice
